Close to the city of Valladolid, Río Shopping is the largest shopping and leisure centre in the Castilla-León Region.

Its primary business establishment is the Valladolid IKEA, the only IKEA shop in the entire region of Castilla y León and the only one fully integrated into a shopping centre.

Sustainability and energy saving strategies were a priority in the project design and execution, being the first centre in Spain to be entirely equipped with LED interior lighting.
