Synopsis:

The entire extension has involved an investment of 63 million euros and has had a total duration of five years. 

The work has been carried out in four phases to minimise disruption to visitors and traders, while respecting the normal operation of the shopping centre throughout the process. 

This expansion has led to a complete renovation of the shopping centre's image. The shopping area has been extended by 30,000m², with 34 new shops, 15 new restaurants and cafeterias and 7 cinemas, an underground car park has been created with 2,000 parking spaces distributed over two floors with a total surface area of 54,000 m² and the exterior urbanisation has been completely renovated with 1,600 parking spaces and green areas. 

With this project, Garbera Shopping Center aims to consolidate its position as a shopping and leisure destination, offering a unique and differentiated experience to its customers.
