With a gross leasable area (GLA) of 206,000 m², Puerto Venecia is the largest Shopping and Leisure Centre in Europe. Its exceptional location, close to the centre of Zaragoza and the main transport routes that cross the Iberian Peninsula, allows it to extend its area of influence to Barcelona, Madrid, Bilbao and Valencia.

The complex commercial development is structured around an artificial lake overlooked by bars, restaurants and other leisure areas. Green areas and facilities for sports and water sports complement the commercial areas to provide a new concept of shopping centre, focusing on health, wellness and environmental values.

Puerto Venecia was the first shopping centre to receive LEED GOLD certification in Spain.
