Photovoltaic installations on roofs DANOBATGROUP

In line with the MONDRAGON Corporation's policies of recovering energy self-sufficiency and reducing energy dependence on large producers, Danobatgroup has decided to implement an energy self-consumption project by installing photovoltaic modules on the roofs of the industrial group's different businesses. To this end, it has entrusted KREAN with the development of the technical projects, the execution and management of the works and the commissioning of six photovoltaic installations on the roofs of the group's various warehouses in Gipuzkoa.

The scope of the services includes the installations at Danobat's headquarters in Elgoibar, with 400 kW nominal and 505 kW peak power installed on a 4,600 m² roof; and the Ideko buildings, with 90 kW nominal and 122 kW peak power installed on 1,825 m² of roofs on two buildings. Also included are the group's facilities in Bergara, such as the Soraluce company's Portal Factory, with 100 kW nominal and 131 kW peak power installed on a 960 m² roof; the Soraluce headquarters, with 200 kW nominal and 242 kW peak power installed on a 2,000 m² roof; and the new Soraluce facilities with 100 kW nominal and 130 kW peak power installed on a 2,480 m² roof. In addition to all this, there is the Goimek plant in Itziar (Deba), with 200 kW nominal and 260 kW peak power installed on a 7,165m² roof.

The Elgoibar facilities are fully completed and are currently in operation, the Mekolalde and Osintxu facilities in Bergara are in the commissioning phase, the project for the new Soraluce facilities is in the design phase, and the Goimek facility is in the feasibility study phase.

All the installations are equipped with Longi monocrystalline modules of 455 Wp each and string inverters of the Sungrow brand with power ranging from 40 to 100 kW.
