KREAN has carried out, in collaborating with the construction company UTE URBAN ITERCON, the administrative and constructive execution projects and is in charge of the site management and technical assistance.

The new logistics platform built by the UTE URBAN ITERCON is located in the municipality of Illescas, in the region of La Sagra Alta, in the extreme north of the province of Toledo. The developer of the project is Montepino SOCIMI, a company specialised in the real estate sector and leader in the Iberian Peninsula.

It is a logistics warehouse of 58,885.33 m² built area, distributed over a ground floor storage area of 42,842.76 m² including changing rooms and a mezzanine floor over the dock area of 10,845.13 m², technical rooms, an annex office building on the ground and first floors, and a series of auxiliary buildings.

The design of the platform has been adapted to the needs of the end client, a multinational household products company. It has an area of 49 exterior loading and unloading bays on the east, south and west façades, and the building has been divided into six areas, half of them for the specific storage of chemical products.

The works, with an estimated duration of 10 months, are scheduled for completion in July 2024.
