The architecture developed responds to the dynamic and innovative nature of its users, with the versatility to adapt to the needs of each moment. The volume created is organised around a triple-height central atrium with overhead lighting. This space breaks up its geometry in section, generating an active space from which the perimeter spaces can be accessed. The organisation into three parallel bays along the north-south axis allows for a possible extension of these towards the south side within the limits of the plot itself.
In addition, the architectural proposal uses the slope of the plot to reduce the impact of the building, optimise earthworks and generate a double access at different levels, with a pedestrian entrance at the lower level towards the front of the plot and a vehicular access for the entry of materials on the first floor at the back of the plot.
The building is designed with high thermal performance enclosures, has low consumption installations, as well as a photovoltaic production of 96 kW, guaranteeing the comfort and proper functioning of the building while reducing its consumption.
