The refurbishment, in which KREAN has carried out the project and works management, has been completed after 18 months of work.  

The shopping centre, a benchmark in Alava, has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, remodelling all its interior spaces.  

The space, owned by CBRE Global Investors, has transformed its facilities to offer an improved experience to visitors. The renovation has focused on sustainability, contemporary design, modernisation and comfort, incorporating rest areas, play areas and more accessible toilets including ostomy friendly restrooms.
