KREAN has drawn up the activity and execution project and is carrying out the execution, direction and comprehensive management of the refurbishment works of the former Fagor Electrodomésticos building for Dikar S. Coop. in the Garagarza industrial area in Arrasate-Mondragón.

This is a comprehensive renovation of 26,000 m² of the existing building, acting mainly on all the internal distributions (offices, changing rooms and toilets, production, warehouse, bunker, shooting gallery and showroom), adapting it to the needs of manufacturing, generating new spacious and modern spaces, and providing them with the necessary facilities for production, always in accordance with current legislative guidelines.

The resolution of the access façade to the main offices is in line with DIKAR's clear commitment to obtaining a space adapted to current needs in terms of functionality, efficiency and contemporary design.

Dikar S. Coop., as a sign of its commitment to sustainability and the cooperative spirit, has made an important commitment by refurbishing part of this building, which in its day was the flagship of Basque cooperativism.
