The extension of the winery allows Bodegas Protos to process 3 million more kilos of grapes at its Anguix site, bringing the total to 6 million. It is a functional and rational solution in which the reception, production and storage flows of the product have been improved; equipped with innovative maceration and pulp movement systems, by means of CO2, produced naturally during fermentation. The building and the development fully respond to the needs of the process, simplifying access and the circulation of the grapes during the process. 

The solution for the new building also incorporates the winery's previous buildings. The thermal envelope has been significantly improved, controlling temperature differences and thereby improving the process.
