Transformation of the Encampment of Lepanto in the Historic Centre Campus of the University of Alcalá, through refurbishment works for new uses and partial restructuring without altering the external volumetry.
The building is made up of a "U" shaped body, with the main entrance from Colegios street in the centre. Inside, a private University Courtyard is formed, linked to the surrounding building, which will be used as a university residence and spaces linked to it: spaces for theatre and activities (seating area), cafeteria terrace, relaxation area, outdoor activities area. Building I, the former riding school, has also been recovered as a building to house community activities: gymnasium, multi-purpose court and facilities and services rooms. The aim is to give this space a certain flexibility.
