PROJECT FOR THE DEMOLITION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION OF THE REGULATING TANK Nº1, WAREHOUSE AND VALVE ROOM AT THE ARAKA DRINKING WATER TREATMENT PLANT

Synopsis:

The project includes the demolition of the existing tank, the construction of a new one of similar capacity on the same site and the construction of a warehouse, a valve room and the total urbanisation of the area in question.

The new tank has a capacity of 30,000 m³; the operation and manoeuvre of the main hydraulic control elements of the regulating tanks of the Araka DWTP are controlled from the new valve room.

The new building has an approximate floor area of 800 m² for the storage of AMVISA's infrastructure maintenance equipment and components.

The new development covers a total area of around 25,000 m².

The budget for the material execution of the work was €3.85 million.
