Design, management and construction management of 122 free housing units for NEINOR HOMES, which has adopted the name of RIBERA HOMES.

The buildings are developed on ground floor+6+attic and ground floor+7, and two basements. A housing solution has been designed with double orientation (> 80%) and an appropriate number of dwellings per doorway (5 doorways of 24, 14, 14, 40 and 40). This achieves a general distribution of dwellings with two orientations to the exterior. Almost 70% of the living rooms overlook the square, making it possible to participate in the more open public space overlooking the estuary.

With storage rooms of an average surface area of 7.00 m², two common basements are planned for the three blocks, with evacuation exits to the two symmetrical blocks, one of them independent of the entrances for users who are not homeowners.
