The building accommodates the administrative area of the Goierri Innovation Park, the central services and the Engineering Faculty.

Linked to the surrounding buildings, it completes the triangle formed by Mondragon University/Mondragon Unibertsitatea (MU) and its Technology and Business Centre (NBF), and is located right next to the approach to the town of Ordizia.

The building is arranged in an L-shape and there is a notable difference in terms of the materials and formal composition of the north and the interior façades, which are served by the entrance forecourt that connects and organises the circulation and the various uses.

The building centralises the organisation and reception area for the activities and is the meeting place and shared space for the various visitors to the Park. It has a ground floor (the most public floor: reception and administration, cafeteria and library), first and second floors, where the classrooms and the various rooms and laboratories are located. Lastly, it has two basement floors with parking spaces, archives and ancillary areas.
